In 2019 she co-founded a marketing consultancy, Black Collar Creative through which she continued to offer her creative marketing services to a wide cross-section of sectors primarily in (but not limited to) Film, Animation, Music, Fashion, Theatre and Dance.

Janine was as comfortable behind the scenes as she was on the stage and her varied interests in the Arts placed her on many production teams and organizing committees from fashion events to musical concerts to fetes. She earned a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of the West Indies/Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick, Canada and was also a freelance Entertainment News Writer since 2013.

Creative Writing has been a consistent part of Janine’s life from an early age of crafting plays, short stories, essays and blog posts in her youth. An avid reader, her voracity for novels and eccentric literature expanded her range of interests, which translated into her desire to create stories of her own across multiple genres. Theatre Night Out III: Une Petite Nuit was her first commercial script for a major musical production.
